This product is sold in 32oz spray bottles for home use.  You can place your orders through our online store, and we will ship to you via USPS or UPS.

Odor Elimination

Users report SOC-IT™ & OC7 ™ has eliminated the following odors: pet urine in carpets and furniture, human urine, trash cans, fish, feces, soiled diapers, work and athletic shoes, sports bags, skunk, rotten meat/food, musty smell from the carpet of a flooded bedroom, baby vomit on a car floor and seat, musty coolers, cat litter boxes, and many others.

Surfaces treated have been carpet, car and furniture upholstery, wood, laminate, polyester fabric, paneling, metal, and others.
 
Stain Elimination
Users report SOC-IT
™ & OC7 ™ has eliminated stains from coffee, berries, fruit juice, blood, various foods, mustard, fruit punch, and others. More than one treatment may be necessary with mild agitation between treatments.  It may not be able to eliminate set stains.  It’s best to treat stains while they are fresh.
Surfaces treated have been carpet, furniture, vinyl, stainless steel, and laminate countertops. It is not recommended for treating dyed natural fabrics.
 
General Cleaning

Users report SOC-IT
& OC7 ™ has been used to clean kitchens (countertops, sink, and floor), bathrooms (bathtubs and showers, toilet exterior, vanity top, sink, floor), vinyl porch railings, shower doors and tracks, in-house trash cans, carpet, and furniture.
Surfaces cleaned have been made with various materials: plastic, porcelain, vinyl, synthetic plank, metal, etc.
 
How to use:
For Odor & Stain Removal

  1. Test spray an inconspicuous area of fabric to be treated.

  2. Allow test area to dry completely and observe for any color change.

  3. Remove any solids or excess liquids from the area needing treatment with an absorbent clean cloth, applying pressure to remove as much liquid as possible.

  4. Spray affected area of carpet, rug, or upholstery, also working SOC-IT™ & OC7 ™ into the padding if present, wearing protective gloves if sensitive to chlorine-based products. Mild to moderate agitation may be necessary for tough stains.

  5. Let air dry.

  6. For best results treat stains immediately as long-set stains may not be removable. Mild agitation may be needed between treatments for old stains.

  7. Repeat as needed.
     

For Cleaning

  1. Remove excess solids and liquids from the surface.

  2. Spray SOC-IT™ or OC7 ™ on surface and allow to fully penetrate.

  3. Wipe treated area with a dry or damp, clean cloth.
     

For Airborne Odors
Use mist setting on nozzle and spray several mists into the room.

When Using on Pets

  1. Consult your veterinarian for any health/skin issues that would preclude using OC7 ™ on your pet.

  2. Do not spray SOC-IT or OC7 ™to your pet’s face as the spray will irritate the eyes.

  3. For facial fur treatment apply SOC-IT™ or OC7 ™ to a clean cloth and wipe on the face in slow strokes. The fur should be damp with SOC-IT or OC7 ™.

  4. For body fur spray SOC-IT™ or OC7 ™ on the affected area and work SOC-IT or OC7 ™ in the fur and to the pet’s skin.

  5. Let the fur air dry.

  6. Repeat application as needed.
     

Concentrate
 
OC7 ™ Concentrate is intended for higher volume users, and needs to be used within one year of purchase.
OC7 ™ Concentrate comes in two sizes: 16oz and 64 oz containers. Dilution ratios of concentrate is different depending upon the usage, and such information is included on each container’s back label.
 
Storage Instructions:
The 16oz container makes 5.5 quarts of OC7 ™ spray while the 64oz container makes 22 quarts. We strongly suggest you use an OC7 ™ 32oz spray bottle when using your home diluted OC7 ™. This bottle is designed for OC7 ™ and has the appropriate labeling. You can mix OC7 ™ Concentrate in a HDPE (High Density Polyethylene Thermoplastic) container. This container should be opaque as OC7 ™ is light sensitive.
 
Dilution Instructions:

Wear protective eyewear and chemical resistant gloves when diluting OC7 ™ Concentrate. OC7 ™ Concentrate is safe to handle when following the instructions.

For spray bottles, garden sprayers, and foggers dilute one (1) part OC7 ™ Concentrate to ten (10) parts water.

  1. For carpet cleaners, carpet extractors, and cool air misters dilute one (1) part OC7 ™ Concentrate to fifteen (15) parts water.

For Odor & Stain Removal

  1. Follow dilution instructions. Test spray an inconspicuous area of surface to be treated.

  2. Allow test area to dry completely and observe for any color change

  3. Remove any solids or excess liquids with an absorbent clean cloth, applying pressure to remove as much liquid as possible.

  4. Spray affected area of carpet or fabric, working SOC-IT or OC7 ™ into padding or cushion if present, wearing protective gloves if sensitive to chlorine-based products.

  5. Wait five to ten minutes. Remove excess spray from treated area using a dry clean cloth. Tough or set stains may need agitation after spraying the area with SOC-IT or OC7 ™.

  6. For best results, treat stains immediately as long-set stains may not be removable.

  7. Repeat as needed.

For Cleaning

  1. Remove excess solids and liquids

  2. Follow dilution instructions. Spray SOC-IT or OC7 ™ on surface and allow to fully penetrate remaining solids.

  3. Wipe treated surface with a dry clean cloth.

  4. Repeat as needed.

For Airborne Odors

  1. Use SOC-IT or OC7 ™ in an appropriately labeled spray bottle on the mist setting, in a cool air mister, or in a fogger.

  2. Spray, mist, or fog the air.

  3. Thoroughly rinse fogger used with water after use.

When using in cleaning machinery

  1. Follow dilution instructions. Refer to your owner’s manual when adding SOC-IT or OC7 ™ to an application device to ensure the warranty is not invalidated by it’s usage. You can also prepare a mixture in a spray container to apply to the area to be treated.

  2. Spot test SOC-IT or OC7 ™ in an inconspicuous location for color fastness.

  3. Follow the above odor or stain removal instructions, as appropriate.

  4. Thoroughly rinse all machinery and application devices with water after use.
